We are excited to share some important news about our practice. Beginning February 2nd, 2026, Dr. Wanda Spuhler and Dr. Cynthia Scott-Praisoody will be joining Memorial Hermann Medical Group, located at 120 West Parkwood Avenue, in the shopping center next to Gold’s Gym.

As part of the Memorial Hermann network, we’ll be able to offer expanded services and conveniences, including MyChart access, more flexible office hours, dedicated scheduling and support staff, and easy online appointment scheduling. We are thrilled about this transition and the opportunity to continue providing you with the same high quality, personalized care in an enhanced setting.

Please note that our current office location will cease operation and close on December 19, 2025. If you anticipate needing prescription refills during our transition, we encourage you to contact our office before that date so we can ensure you have enough medication until we reopen in February.

Record Delivery Options

• Email: Password-protected PDF sent to the email address we have on file for you. Please send a separate email with the password you would like us to use for your secure PDF.
• Memorial Hermann Medical Group: Records transferred electronically at your appointment after you sign a HIPAA-compliant request.
• Other providers: Have your new provider send us a HIPAA-compliant request; we will forward records directly to the provider.
